The mission of Iformata's Network Operation Centers (NOC) is to provide prompt and effective support and incident turnarounds.  We work as a team to provide problem management for our internal and external customers.  Iformata's first priority is to ensure the reliability of voice, video and data communications throughout your enterprise. We provide services with a professional attitude, while maintaining efficient and courteous tier-one and tier-two support.  We use a combination of tools and utilities to effectively monitor and manage critical applications and components.  These tools, combined with the team oriented atmosphere, give Iformata's NOC facilities their ability to proactively detect possible failures, while providing prompt remediation and resolution to any situation.  The ultimate goal of Iformata's NOC facilities is to identify and resolve potential problems prior to actual occurrence.
